Jolera provides the Chicken Farmers of Ontario (CFO), with Remote End User Support. This training covers the process for the Standard Ticket Handling for all Calls or Emails received from CFO End Users.

CFO End Users (the chicken farmers or processors) will call Jolera for support specific support regarding CFO Connects web app ( Jolera Help Desk will validate and assist the User with the aid of a CFO provided documentation. If the request falls outside of the Jolera scope of support then Jolera Help Desk will Escalate the issue to the CFO Help Desk.

Please note that under no circumstances is Jolera to provide technical support to any of the callers. Jolera should not alter any software on the End User computers in any way other than clearing the cache in their internet browsers.
